After experiencing an egg shortage previously, domestic egg prices remained high, with even the normally stable-priced convenience store tea eggs seeing increases. However, recent domestic egg prices have finally dropped in five consecutive adjustments, hitting a new low level in nearly two years. Due to the recent egg shortage, apart from 7-ELEVEN maintaining the price at 10 NT dollars per egg, the other three major convenient stores have raised their prices to 13 NT dollars.
