On April 5th this year, five hotel agents broke into Shih Hsin University, openly hitting on female students, leading to police taking action under the Social Order Maintenance Act. However, the Taipei District Court deemed their entry into the campus as peaceful and decided not to penalize them. In response, the police filed an appeal. Despite the eight intruders entering the campus, they were not fined, prompting the police to appeal. This incident involved arrogant actions by the hotel agents, which led to public outrage and police intervention.
