A survey by 1111 Job Bank reveals that a staggering eighty-nine percent of office workers have encountered bad bosses in the workplace, with seven in ten choosing to keep quiet and endure the mistreatment. The top five 'ideal bosses' that office workers most want to follow include Huang Renxun, Zhang Guowei, Wei Zhejia, Cai Aya, and Hu Hanyu. The survey also highlights common tactics used by bad bosses, such as overworking employees, assigning unrelated tasks, emotional abuse, and unfair treatment. Office workers' coping mechanisms when facing bad bosses vary, with most opting to tolerate the situation, while a small percentage choose to take legal action for compensation.
