Elderly Experience Indigenous Instruments to Slow Cognitive Decline at Thirteen Levels Museum

Reported 8 months ago

The Thirteen Levels Museum, representing the cultural heritage of northern Taiwan, organized an event at the E-Rong Nursing Home in Banciao to provide elderly residents with an archaeological journey and introduce them to indigenous musical instruments, particularly the wooden drum. Through hands-on experiences and interactive learning, the elderly participants not only enjoyed themselves but also potentially delayed cognitive decline. This initiative aimed to preserve cultural heritage by engaging the elderly in a fun and educational manner.
