A 70-year-old man in Tainan was attacked by a group of stray dogs after falling down while taking out the trash and lying on the ground for 20 minutes. The man was covered in blood with multiple lacerations, but fortunately, a neighbor heard his cries for help and rushed him to the hospital. Witnesses described the horrifying incident where about 20 dogs were biting the man, and neighbors had to scare off the dogs by hitting metal objects. Local residents are worried about the stray dog situation and hope for better measures to prevent such attacks in the future.
