In China, an elderly man who enjoys making wine as a hobby and sharing it with friends was fined 260,000 New Taiwan Dollars for illegal operation. Despite believing he was simply sharing his homemade wine made from his grape vineyard, the city's supervision bureau deemed it illegal without proper permits. The man, who has over 20 years of experience in grape cultivation, faces legal action for refusing to pay the fine and insists his wine-making was a creative expression of his farming experience rather than commercial operation.
