On June 25th in the morning, an 80-year-old man in Kaohsiung got trapped on the window ledge outside his 11th-floor apartment while repairing his air conditioner drain pipe without any safety gear. The Fire Department, unable to reach him with a ladder truck due to angles, eventually had to dismantle the window to safely rescue the man. The incident ended without injuries in a thrilling rescue operation.
