A 61-year-old man surnamed Huang went to the Criminal Investigation Brigade of the Pingtung County Government Police Station holding white powder suspected to be laundry detergent, falsely accusing someone of dealing drugs. The police found it was not drugs and advised him to come back sober to avoid legal trouble. However, later in the day, Huang, still drunk, drove to the police station and sprinkled joss paper at the entrance out of anger. He was arrested for drunk driving with a high alcohol level and charged with obstruction of official duties and public endangerment.
