After an incident in which a group of stray dogs attacked a 70-year-old man in Xuejia District, Tainan, who fell in front of his own home, the Animal Protection Agency has deployed personnel to enhance capture efforts. The agency is using trapping cages and other methods to catch the dogs responsible for the attack. Despite the challenges of capturing stray dogs in the open North Gate area, prompt actions are being taken to ensure the safety of residents in the region. The agency is also addressing concerns about conflicts between locals and individuals feeding the strays, highlighting the necessity of the ongoing construction of the Xuejia multifunctional educational park amid these incidents.
