Mr. Qi detailed how the accident affected his job and financial situation, while Student Wang mentioned ongoing pain from leg surgery. DPP officials stated that the driver, who caused the accident, was primarily responsible for compensation, and any additional expenses incurred by the victims could be claimed separately without evading responsibility.
