A 25-year-old woman from Italy, Clelia Ditano, tragically fell to her death after accidentally dropping into a 4-story elevator shaft yesterday. It was not until Clelia's father called her, hearing the ringing from the elevator shaft, that he learned of the heartbreaking news. The incident occurred when Clelia stepped into the open elevator shaft without realizing the elevator was malfunctioning, leading to the fatal fall. Investigations are ongoing to determine why the elevator door opened when it was faulty and the elevator had not arrived at the floor.
