During the global developer conference WWDC, Apple announced plans to introduce a series of AI features in their apps and operating system in collaboration with OpenAI, incorporating ChatGPT technology. In response, Tesla CEO Musk stated that if Apple integrates OpenAI into their operating system, he would ban the use of Apple devices in all Tesla companies due to security concerns. Musk criticized Apple for not being smart enough to develop their own artificial intelligence and trusting OpenAI to protect user security and privacy, prompting worries about user data security. He mentioned that visitors entering his premises would have to undergo Apple device checks at the door and store them in Faraday cages to prevent data leaks from electromagnetic interference.
