Embracing Art at the Yu Shan Lecture: Exploring Taiwan Aesthetics and Architecture

The Yu Shan Cultural and Educational Foundation organized a series of art and cultural lectures titled 'Embracing Art at Yu Shan' on June 15 at the Second Headquarters Building of Yu Shan Bank, aiming to enrich lives with art and nurture souls with aesthetics. The event featured experts in the arts sharing diverse perspectives on the history to modern developments in aesthetics and architecture. The inaugural speaker, Professor Liao Renyi, former director of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, guided attendees through the artistic vitality of Taiwan, focusing on the theme of 'Architectural Art in Taiwanese Paintings' with speaker Ling Zongkui. The lectures aim to offer a platform for diverse aesthetics and art enjoyment for the public. The upcoming lecture on August 3, 'Our Era, Our Songs,' will feature writer and broadcaster Ma Shifang, with online registration starting on July 3.
