During a volunteer event organized by Gao Ying Xuan to promote 'U=U (Undetectable equals Untransmittable)' concept with the AIDS Society, tension arose between Wen Zhen Ling and others due to continuous questioning, leading Gao Ying Xuan to an emotional outburst and tears. Following a confrontation, communication and apologies helped resolve the situation within the team for a successful completion of the cleaning activity. The team also focused on creating a warm and accommodating atmosphere for invited guests sharing their experiences with HIV/AIDS during the event.
