A woman surnamed Li in Keelung, Taiwan, experienced marital issues after a female employee surnamed Xu seduced her husband at his company, leading to them engaging in multiple sexual activities. Xu argued that they had a good relationship and that Li even knew detailed information about their sexual encounters, forming a 'new type of family.' The court found Xu guilty of violating spousal rights and ordered her to pay NT$50,000, with the option to appeal. The incident involved Li taking pity on Xu and inviting her into their home, only to discover later that Xu had seduced her husband. The court concluded that evidence provided by Xu was insufficient to prove Li's consent to their actions.
