On June 19, 2024, in the People's Daily at 12:59, the 'Elderly Empowerment Exploration Project' aids the elderly in re-entering the workforce, encouraging those aged 50 to 70 to plan their second life stage and venture into their third life phase. Taichung City Social Affairs Bureau and Taichung Social Innovation Experiment Base collaborate with the 104th Office of the Senior Executive Operating Department and the Elderly Education and Culture Association to organize the project, aiming to assist the elderly in rejoining the workforce. The virtual team 'BagAgency' targets workers over 50 for environmental conservation workshops, advocating for lifelong education. To support elderly employment, the Labor Bureau implements the 'Middle-Aged and Senior Workforce Reutilization Incentive Program,' hoping for collaborative efforts to create a friendly environment that supports the self-realization and value of this age group.
