During the investigation of a creative private room case, a 24-year-old engineer was found to be involved in creating a forum on Telegram using the same method to provide secret filming for a fee. When police searched his home in the new board special district, the engineer escaped through the window from the 19th floor after pretending to use the restroom, resulting in a fatal fall.
