Chen Jiaying is set to take over as the executive director of the DPP North City Party, confirmed by current DPP Taipei City Party Chair Zhang Maonan. With the aim of strengthening air battles and swiftly countering misinformation, the appointment is part of early campaign preparations. Chen Jiaying, known as 'Caramel Brother,' has close ties to the British faction and previously engaged in DPP councilor elections. Additionally, the vice executive director position will be held by Chen Shengwen, also associated with the British faction, emphasizing suitability and party enhancement over factionalism.
