On June 24, 2024, at 5:27 AM, artist Tang Chiping's mother was found dead on the rooftop of their home, with Tang himself refusing to claim the body and sign necessary documents since then. Later, a series of bizarre behaviors emerged, with Tang being spotted wandering in Toucheng last night with an 'unstable mental state,' hitting cars on the road. The police arrived, found no harm done, verbally advised Tang, and he left on his own.
