Emergency room doctor Wei Zhiwei mentioned smelling the 'odor of death' from a patient who was talking one moment and collapsed the next, but was revived after emergency treatment in a TV show. The patient, with poor coronary artery conditions, had previously undergone a stent placement and was due for further examinations; however, he arrived at the ER experiencing discomfort and numbness in his left arm. Despite normal test results, the doctor acted swiftly upon smelling the 'odor of death' and managed to revive the patient after multiple defibrillations, finding all three arteries blocked upon examination.
