Following the split of the Evergreen Group, EVA Air held a board meeting on June 26, 2024, and decided to acquire its subsidiaries Evergreen Aviation Services, Evergreen Sky Catering, and Evergreen Air Cargo Warehousing from its affiliate Evergreen International. The transaction involves purchasing up to 14,130,851 shares, 38,432,625 shares, and 13,649,392 shares, respectively, with a total amount not exceeding 3 billion Taiwanese dollars.
