Wang was found to have guided a party on legal matters in January, which violated ethics, resulting in the urgent cancellation of his promotion. This unusual situation sparked discussions in the legal community. With Huang taking over as the Taoyuan District Court Chief, the appointment of Ning Xin as the President of the Qiaotou District Court is set to be approved on June 25. Wang, known for his abilities, previously worked as the Director of the Judicial Yuan Information Office, and his behavior during a basketball game did not contribute significantly to his demotion, which was mainly due to the legal guidance incident.
