In a factory in Tu-Cheng, New Taipei City, surrounded by a large group of black-clad individuals, it was revealed that the seemingly ordinary metal building was actually filled with large refrigerated containers at -20 degrees, storing ocean catches and high-end meat products. The factory owner, known as the 'King of Refrigeration' in northern Taiwan, is now accused of fraud and embezzlement. The conflict arose from an investment scheme where the other owner, also in the refrigeration business, accused the 'King' of deceiving him of a 30 million NT investment to expand the factory. Police intervened, and the situation escalated into a legal battle between the owners amidst claims of embezzlement and factory takeover.
