Reported about 1 year ago
On June 26, 2024, at 8:45 AM, eight Taiwanese travelers who spent nearly 150,000 each to join a 13-day tour in Croatia found themselves stranded at Turkey's airport during a connecting flight. Two male members of the group missed the flight due to a restroom delay and were left behind by the tour leader. They had to spend 1 day in the airport before buying 100,000 tickets to return to Taiwan. The travel agency denied the claims, stating they couldn't reach the two members at the time, and the tour leader was forced to board the plane by airline staff and did not intentionally abandon them.
