Hsinchu County's Erchong Junior High School, established in 1945, has faced shortcomings in its facilities due to rapid student growth in Zhudong area. To address this issue, the county government initiated a 390 million NTD expansion project, with a groundbreaking ceremony attended by County Magistrate Yang Wen-ke, Education Bureau Director Yang Jun-ci, and others. The project, scheduled for completion in the next few years, aims to provide modern classrooms, library, international conference hall, underground parking, and kitchen facilities, enhancing the educational environment and promoting balanced development of educational resources in the region.
