To promote railway tourism, Taiwan Railways has been offering various tourist trains for passengers to enjoy the scenery and meals onboard. The new tourist trains 'Sea Breeze' and 'Mountain Mist' will debut in September or October, themed around sea and mountain views, providing a luxurious light travel experience with onboard dining options. With each train having 4 cars and 61-62 seats, they will travel through central coastal areas, Hualien, and Yilan for around 3 hours, changing locations every 6 months to a year, showcasing Taiwan's beauty to passengers nationwide. The launch of these trains aims to enhance tourism in Taiwan's eastern region and attract more visitors to experience Taiwan's charm.
