US think tank senior vice president Victor Cha from the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) cautioned in an article that if former President Trump returns to the White House, reaches an incomplete nuclear agreement with North Korea, and withdraws troops from South Korea, it may result in the entire Korean Peninsula being nuclearized. Cha also highlighted the possibility of increased regional instability, citing the potential nuclear ambitions of countries like Myanmar, Japan, and Taiwan if South Korea were to go nuclear, emphasizing that Trump's second term could have a more destructive impact on Asia compared to his first term.
