A landlord complained online about the distressing state of the kitchen extractor hood in a rental property after tenants left it untouched for 2 years, covered in a thick layer of grease along with cat hair scattered everywhere. A household expert shared a cleaning tip: by spraying kitchen cleaner into the fan of the extractor hood, the dirt will flow into the oil cup, enabling easy cleaning without the need to scrub or get hands dirty.
