UBS Senior Management Shake-up and Successor Changes

UBS announced a restructuring of senior management roles, appointing two executives as potential successors to CEO Sergio Ermotti. Iqbal Khan, previously considered as the likely successor, will now share the wealth role and oversee Asia-Pacific. Rob Karofsky, head of UBS's investment bank, will lead the Americas and co-preside over global wealth management. Beatriz Martin Jimenez is head of Europe, Middle East, and Africa and maintains the legacy business, while Sabine Keller-Busse leads the Swiss bank and Aleksandar Ivanovic presides over asset management.
