Lin Shengzhang, a family doctor known as the 'Guardian Medical Master' who has served as a team doctor for sports stars like Tai Tzu-ying and Guo Xingchun, was acquitted in his second trial for allegedly misappropriating less than 30,000 NT dollars in health insurance fees with a nurse surnamed Chen. Originally sentenced to 10 and 7 months respectively in the first trial, the new ruling found both parties innocent. Emotionally moved, Lin expressed the significance of being proven innocent amidst the accusations. Despite the ongoing legal battles, Lin plans to continue supporting the Taiwan team and participate in the upcoming Paris Olympics in July as a crucial support behind medal-winning athletes.
