Li, a fan of Leehom Wang, successfully sued the concert organizer in China for obstructing her view with a large pillar at the concert venue. Li and eight other fans spent NT$6,000 each on tickets but found their view blocked by the pillar. Despite unsuccessful negotiations with the organizer, they filed a lawsuit and the recent verdict ordered the Shanghai Magic Cube Cultural Entertainment Co., Ltd. to make compensation according to a set proportion. The court ruled in favor of the fans, stating that the services provided during the concert did not meet the contractual agreement and awarded the highest refund rate of 70% to Li and other plaintiffs.
