Fancy Eternal Real Estate announced a cash dividend of NT$18 per share approved at the shareholders' meeting on June 21, 2024, expressing optimism for the year with the launch of new cars from BMW, Porsche, and MINI leading to continued strong sales orders, alongside an increasing share of electric vehicle sales, which is expected to drive overall annual business growth. The company highlighted BMW's complete line of electric vehicles, including seven new generation models such as iX1, iX2, i4, i5, i5 Touring, iX, and i7, maintaining its position as the leading luxury electric vehicle brand with electric vehicle sales accounting for over 80% growth compared to the same period last year. Additionally, Porsche plans to introduce several new vehicle products in the second half of the year, including the all-electric Macan EV and the new Taycan series, with the possibility of official delivery by the end of the year. Fancy Eternal Real Estate aims to continue implementing sales plans for electric vehicles in cooperation with brand manufacturers and general agents, introducing more environmentally friendly electric vehicles, setting up DC fast charging stations and charging spots in all dealership regions in Taiwan to boost stable growth in electric vehicle sales market share.
