Far Eastern Telecommunications and Taichung Veterans General Hospital signed a memorandum of cooperation to advance international healthcare, aiming to provide a one-stop service for technology industry overseas employees, expand health services for Taiwanese expatriates through the Council of Taiwan Overseas Community Affairs' iKYE card, promote smart medical exchanges and consultations in overseas hospitals. This collaboration seeks to support the healthcare of Taiwanese working abroad and foreign employees in Taiwan, as well as extend Taiwan's smart healthcare capabilities internationally. With plans to expand to Southeast Asian countries like Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines, Far Eastern Telecommunications is leveraging its integration capabilities to establish a global international healthcare service platform in Europe, the US, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia, with further expansions in the future. Through demonstrations at a press conference, they showcased how their platform aids in remote consultations and surgeries, highlighting their partnerships with various medical centers worldwide to improve healthcare services for the public.
