Fatal Accident in New Taipei: Scooter Rider Collides with Van Illegally Turning Left in Xizhi, Dies in Hospital

An SUV making an illegal left turn on Zhongxiao East Road in Xizhi collided with a scooter heading towards Keelung direction on the opposite lane, resulting in the scooter rider being critically injured.
