A small sedan overturned on the northbound section of National Freeway 3 in Changhua last night, with the female driver surnamed Huang losing control, hitting the guardrail, and flipping the car. Huang was thrown out of the vehicle, suffered severe injuries, and was pronounced dead at Changhua Christian Hospital the next morning. Police revealed that the driver, 43, had an excessive blood alcohol level. Investigations are ongoing for the cause of the accident.
