Reported by Sanli News Network on June 9th at 7:55 PM, a serious car accident occurred on the administrative bridge in Pingtung County's Ligang Township early this morning. The 41-year-old male driver surnamed Liu crashed into a bridge pier for unknown reasons, breaking through the guardrail and subsequently falling off the bridge with the vehicle. Despite rescue efforts by authorities, Liu was pronounced dead at Kaohsiung E-Da Hospital in the early morning. The exact cause of the accident, including possible involvement of drunk driving, is still under investigation.
