A 48-year-old man surnamed Guo in Taoyuan drove his SUV on the morning of June 21, around 6 am, and illegally made a U-turn by crossing over the grooved line on Zhongzheng East Road in Dayuan District. This resulted in a collision with a 23-year-old motorcyclist surnamed Zhang who couldn't avoid the crash, flew over 10 meters, and fell to the ground without signs of life. The motorcycle burst into flames and was extinguished by nearby citizens. Both the driver and the motorcyclist were not drunk driving, and further investigation is needed to determine the exact cause and responsibility of the accident.
