A fatal fire broke out in a house on Yanshou Road in Tucheng District, New Taipei City, claiming the lives of a mother, son, and daughter's boyfriend. The father, unable to cope with the loss, rushed to the hospital. The fire, suspected to have started at the entrance of the 4th floor due to a lithium battery explosion, trapped the family members on the upper floors leading to the tragic deaths. Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause of the fire.
