A chilling incident occurred in Sichuan, China, where a man was almost strangled to unconsciousness by his 4-year-old daughter hugging his neck from behind. The girl's tight hold led to a dangerous 'naked strangle' move, causing the man to lose consciousness and fall with his daughter. Fortunately, he regained consciousness afterwards with no serious injuries. The surveillance footage captured the intense moment as the father and daughter collapsed together. Both were taken to the hospital, with the father only sustaining a minor head injury.
