On the evening of June 24, 2024, a father lost control of his emotions and violently dragged a young boy on a busy street, kicking and hitting him in front of onlookers. The father then callously rode away, leaving the child crying and pleading in the rain. The child, in a state of fear, tried to hold onto the father's motorcycle and was dragged for over 10 meters before managing to climb back onto the vehicle.
