Some parents who bought a children's smartwatch online for their kids found that after less than two months of use, the watch kept turning on and off, with loud music playing during classes, and inaccurate GPS positioning. They questioned why a product boasting Taiwanese chips had so many issues, and also expressed dissatisfaction with the additional costs for a three-year warranty, repairs, and shipping. The online platform urged the seller to provide accurate product information and promised to assist in mediation between buyers and sellers.
