The FDA is cracking down on delta-8 THC products packaged to look like common children's snacks, such as Trips Ahoy! resembling Chips Ahoy! cookies. This poses a risk to children, with over 125 adverse event reports related to edible products containing delta-8 THC. The FTC warns that companies selling these look-alikes are jeopardizing children's safety and may face legal action.
