A fire broke out at a luxury condo construction site in Taichung, Taiwan, causing smoke to billow from approximately the 11th to 14th floors and resulting in damage to the project's signboard. The fire was quickly extinguished within 40 minutes by the local fire department, with one female worker sustaining minor injuries from inhaling smoke and shock. The preliminary investigation suggests that the fire was caused by the accumulation of waste materials on the construction site. Traffic control measures were temporarily implemented but later lifted, and the situation has since returned to normal.
