A fire occurred on Central Mountain Road in Hualien City, leading to four buildings being affected. Firefighters took about 3 hours to control the flames as they engulfed three buildings. This marks the second consecutive day of fires in the city, with no major injuries reported. The cause of the fires is still under investigation.
