A fire engulfed a pet grooming store on Zhongshan Road in Hualien City, Taiwan, affecting at least 5 buildings. Upon arrival, firefighters found several pets unconscious from smoke inhalation and bystanders rushed to perform CPR to save their lives. Sadly, two of the dogs from the store did not survive. The cause of the fire, suspected to be due to old electrical wiring, is still under investigation.
