A fire broke out in a Hualien pet store, leading to intense flames due to the wooden structure. 17 cats and dogs were trapped inside, resulting in one dog's death and damages to 6 stores. Firefighters successfully rescued all pets, with one casualty. The exact cause of the fire is still under investigation.
