Reported about 1 year ago

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has ordered a California trucking company, Monique Trucking, to cease operations following a fatal crash in Colorado that resulted in one person's death and multiple injuries. The company, owned by Manrique Agramon, was deemed an imminent hazard to public safety after a compliance investigation discovered numerous safety violations, including employing a driver without a valid license and failing to comply with safety regulations. If Monique Trucking fails to comply with the order, they could face substantial penalties.
