Focus on the Warrant Market - ASE's May Revenue Doubled

Reported about 1 year ago

Benefiting from the increased demand for advanced semiconductor processes, Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (1560) reported a May revenue of 613 million NT dollars, a 13.07% increase from the previous month and a 12.36% increase from last year, achieving double growth on a monthly and yearly basis. Analysts predict that due to strong memory customer demand and the rise in demand for 3-nanometer technology, the company's revenue in 2024 will grow quarter by quarter, surpassing the 6.9 billion NT dollars revenue in 2022. ASE is actively promoting the high-end diamond disks needed for advanced semiconductor processes, accounting for around 35% of revenue with a share of below 5-nanometer processes reaching 50%. With a diversified customer base covering wafer foundries, American and Japanese memory factories, American IDM factories, and collaborations expanding to diamond disks, the company is expected to contribute to revenue growth by 2025. By positioning itself in the supply chain with recycled wafers and diamond disks, ASE is well-prepared to expand its supply capabilities as Intel's CEO, Pat Gelsinger, plans to establish advanced wafer foundry and packaging technologies in Taiwan. *【Warrant investments involve risks.
