Focus on the Warrant Market - Wiwynn Strives for Increased Shipments in the Fourth Quarter

Reported about 1 year ago

In a recent report, it was mentioned that server manufacturer Wiwynn (6669) aims to increase the proportion of AI servers in its overall revenue from 20% in the first quarter to 50% in the fourth quarter of 2024. Wiwynn is moving towards integrating thermal services, closely following the GB200 shipping demands to target higher shipments in the fourth quarter. The revenue from AI products in the fourth quarter of 2023 was around 20%, and it is expected to steadily increase throughout this year, possibly exceeding 50% by the end of 2024. Currently focusing on cloud service customers, Wiwynn's ASIC servers hold a higher share, while also expanding its GPU market in the latter half of the year with cooperation from NVIDIA. Progress on the AI server project is on track, with the latest Blackwell architecture AI servers from NVIDIA expected to be shipped in the fourth quarter, bringing an optimistic outlook for the second half of the year. The rise of AI computing in the second half of 2023 affected the demand for general servers in cloud data centers, but since the first quarter of this year, the growth in AI accelerated computing has complemented general server demands, showing a mutually beneficial trend.
