During an exclusive report on June 28, 2024 at 3:35 AM, Huohu Police Station officers in the Second Sub-bureau of Chiayi City Government noticed a foreign female lingering outside the station. The woman, who was from Sri Lanka and did not speak English, had lost her passport while traveling in Taiwan and was unsure of what to do. The officers used Google Translate to communicate with her, brought her to the station, and helped her contact the passport issuing authority to successfully apply for a new passport and return home.
